Hong Kong is where I first found my passion for photography (in 2010) and in many ways what led to this website; and it’s been home since 2018.

The city is visually relentless — towers stacked tight against Victoria Harbour, neon and glass lit up at night, red taxis threading through the streets below.

Some of these images look down on the city grid; others are across the harbour, including fireworks shot from my apartment above Victoria Park.

Festivals cut through the year — here the Tai Hang fire dance — alongside the ordinary rhythm of eating dim sum, walking markets, and watching the streets light up after dark.

Hong Kong is crowded and vertical, but always changing with the light, the weather, and the sheer pace of people moving through it.
